The Super Deluxe Series Autoclaves are sturdily constructed in rustproof, heavy gauge aluminum for use in rugged condition. Its a unique vessel that generates steam under pressure and temperature between 120°c to 135°c. On reaching the right temperature the instruments are subject to a saturated steam environment for a pre-specified time which results in safe and guaranteed sterilization. Available in various models and sizes from 11liters capacity to 39 liters capacity to suit different application. These can be used on electricity as well as on any external heat source such as kerosene stove, gas burner, wood & charcoal.

Equipped with two stages over pressure protection system incorporating a calibrated continuous bleeding pressure stopcock and pressure release weight valve.

For assurance of quality each autoclave is tested to the parameter of successful sterilization.

Optional TST indicator stickers provide independent verification that the correct combination of temperature, steam & time has been achieved for successful sterilization.

AU101 to AU104 : Construction: These autoclaves are made of 10 gauge aluminum. The drum is deep drawn & the ring on top is riveted. The lid is made by casting. Locking of lid by 6 nuts with rubber gasket seal in between (not metal to metal seal). Two safety valves, pressure gauge, flexible metal rubbing to exhaust air. Includes outer stand, inner aluminum container, inner tripod stand.

AU001 to AU002 : Construction: These portable vertical autoclaves are made out of thick high quality (14 gauge) stainless steel sheet, deep drawn to cylindrical shape, having no joints and welding. Seamless construction allows no bacteria residue and free from dirt accumulation. Fitted with pressure gauge, safety valve (weight type), seam/pressure release cock, lid handle. Lid is similar to pressure cooker with locking over rubber gasket.
